Dan Duffek is a shareholder at PFB Law.  Dan is licensed to practice law in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.  He primarily represents financial institution clients with lending transactions, secured transactions, real estate transactions, mortgage lending, creditor’s rights and remedies, bankruptcy, regulatory compliance and litigation.   Throughout his time at PFB Law, Dan has focused a great deal of his attention at becoming a trusted advisor to state and federally chartered credit unions and the unique issues that arise in the credit union industry. 

Dan earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Minnesota and earned is Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Hamline University School of Law. 

In addition to practicing law, Dan enjoys time with his friends, parents, three brothers and ever-growing number of nieces and nephews.  Dan’s hobbies include cooking, reading, listening to live music, camping and other outdoor activities.
