The plan may include trusts and limited partnerships. The process is not necessarily complicated, and the plan can frequently be determined during a single meeting.

At times, disputes arise among the heirs and litigation is necessary. Warren has a great deal of experience in this kind of litigation.

Warren also has extensive experience in probating estates and in assisting clients in the administration of trusts, and our firm prepares estate tax returns and income tax returns for estates and trust.
