Michael Oberle is a 1981 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law. Mr. Oberle practices primarily in the real estate and mortgage banking services fields, with an emphasis on representing banks, mortgage companies, and mortgage services in the mortgage foreclosure and related areas. He has represented the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Housing and Urban Development and Federal and State loan servicing agents in real estate collection matters. He is a licensed title agent and member of the Minnesota and American Bar Associations, and the American Legal and Financial Network (AFN).
