Daniel Witt Fram
Daniel Witt Fram, a 1976 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law, is a shareholder, director and officer of Peterson, Fram & Bergman, P.A. Mr. Fram, who goes by “Witt,” joined the firm in 1981. His practice focuses on representation of financial institutions, commercial lending and finance, business representation, litigation, creditor remedies and bankruptcy.
Witt graduated from Dartmouth College in 1971 where he played varsity hockey and rugby. Following college, he served in the U.S. Army Reserves, before attending law school. Upon graduation from law school, Witt immediate went into private practice where he has been privileged to represent credit unions, banks, business and individuals in a variety of matters, Witt’s broad and extensive legal experience enables him to effectively serve his clients’ legal needs.
Away from the office, Witt enjoys “senior” hockey, golf, skiing and tennis. Witt is active in civic organizations and corporate boards. He is married with three grown children.
