Dan Duffek
Associate
Dan Duffek is an associate attorney at Peterson, Fram & Bergman, P.A. and joined the firm in 2009. Dan has been a great addition to the firm's Financial Institution Law practice and focuses on creditor's rights and remedies, bankruptcy, civil litigation and secured transactions.
Dan earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Minnesota and earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Hamline University School of Law. Dan is licensed to practice law in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
In addition to practicing law, Dan enjoys spending time with his parents, three brothers and ever-growing number of nieces and nephews. Dan's hobbies include cooking, reading, camping, downhill skiing and other outdoor activities.
