Ben I. Rust
I have practiced exclusively in the area of mortgage foreclosure since 2006. Prior to my bar admission I worked in mortgage servicing for five years. I am very knowledgeable about all aspects of mortgage foreclosure in Minnesota, whether it be Foreclosure by Advertisement, Judicial Foreclosure, Eviction or any of the Bankruptcy issues related to foreclosure in Minnesota.
I have been married for 11 years and I am the proud father of a boy and a girl. In my spare time, I enjoy nordic-skiing, off-road bicycling, camping, and spending time with my children.
